1. First Week: ((This will be the hardest but you can do it I promise)) Calorie Restriction is the key this week. Downsize your calories to 1000 a day. Make sure to keep to this number. Drop down and do 100 crunches every morning right when you wake up. This week you also need to fit in 2 hours of running. ((Cardio)) This means you need about 30 minutes every other day.
2. Second Week: 500 Calories tops every day. We are going to double the crunches that you every morning. By this time you should already be used to getting up and dropping to the floor. So doubling them will not be too bad. And only results are going to be the outcome. Now instead of running every other day for 30 minutes we are going to do more. Now I want you to run 30 minutes every day.
3. THird Week: THis week you are going to keep up to 500 calorie restriction but add on 50 more crunches and 15 more minutes of running. THats right 500 calories, 250 crunches and 45 minutes of running a day. By this time you should have already seen a big difference in your body shape. Results! Results! Results! You should start to take diet pills at this point as well. This just speeds up the process. If you are unsure of which one to take, cause lets face it, looking at the shelf there are about 50 to choose from. I suggest stacker or zantrex. THese work very well. Take the pills as directed on the bottle.
4. Fourth Week: Still keeping up on the 500 Calories a day. Bump up the crunches to 300 a day. And the running turns into a nightmare cause we are going to start doing an hour a day. Ohh by the way, if you run at night time when the hot sun has already set you will be more motivated. Plus going to sleep after you run makes for a great night sleep. Still keep up on taking your diet pills. Note: Taking B vitamins and a multivitamin will also help dramatically increase your results.
